Our sign-up process is simple.
- Enter the mobile number that you want to use register at Astrogini.
- Enter the OTP that you will receive on mobile number and verify it.
After successfully verifying your mobile number and completing the sign-up process, you can fill in the required details and start the consultation process with India’s best Astrologers at Astrogini.
If you are not receiving the OTP, please check the following things :
- We request you to be in a strong network zone to receive the OTP.
- We request you to use the correct Country/State code as per the number you want to log in/register with.
- Please check that the number is active and you are receiving other messages on it.
Meanwhile, you can log in via your registered email ID and password. If you are still not receiving the OTP, kindly write to us at support@astrogini.net
Yes, you can log in via your registered email ID and password. We provide both the options to our users : Login through OTP or via Email Id and Password.
If anyhow you fail to remember your password, you can recover it anytime by clicking on “Forgot Password” option and following the further steps. You can also contact our support staff for the same at support@astrogini.net and recover your account.
If you wish to change your primary contact number due to any reason, then in that case you have to contact our support team at support@astrogini.net and provide them the valid reason for changing the primary contact number.

The right way to select an astrologer is to choose them based on their work experience, area of expertise, price, language, or ratings.
Yes, all the astrologers on the Astrogini platform go through a verification process. We verify the documents of all the astrologers before onboarding on our platform, after which the astrologers go through a face-face astrology test. They also go through training sessions. All the experts here are verified and have relevant experience in their chosen areas.
The consultation prices vary for each astrologers based on their experience. Additionally, expertise, ratings, and popularity also influence the prices.
Not so. All the astrologers on Astrogini are verified and qualified. The astrologers who are charging less could be less popular or wish to charge their customers less.
Yes, you can speak to multiple astrologers on call or chat if you have sufficient balance in your Astrogini wallet.
While we have the wide network of Astrologers : Vedic astrologers, Tarot readers, Vastu experts, and Numerologists in India on the Astrogini platform, it might be possible that some experts may not have been online for some reason. If you can send his name and some basic details to support@astrogini.net , we would be happy to connect you with that particular astrologer.
Yes. The customers give the astrologers ratings and reviews. You can rate and review the astrologers only after taking a consultation.
No. If you wish to maintain privacy, you should not give your contact details like phone number or address to an astrologer.
